At the Y, our sports staff, coaches and volunteers all share a singular vision of helping all youth reach their full potential in life. We leverage the excitement and passion around recreational and competitive programming to create a healthy outlet for children to gain new skills, develop a sense of team and connect with positive role models.

Adult Sports

Getting healthy doesn't have to be boring! YMCA Adult Sports programs offer the perfect opportunity to stay fit, get active and have fun. Whether you miss your days playing intramural sports or are just looking for a little friendly competition, our programs allow you to enjoy a sport you've always loved or try a new one.


Swimming is a life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport. Our Y offer swim lessons for all ages, family swim, competitive swimming and an adaptive swim program for kids with special needs, so we can all safely enjoy the pleasures of an aquatic environment.
