Position Summary

The Lifeguard at the Hobart Family YMCA creates a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while promoting and maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck and surrounding areas in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.

The Member Engagement Specialist delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants.  Responds to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, and creates a welcoming environment.

S/he is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of all 9 program components and program actives in the after-school program.
