Y YOUTH SPORTS PLEDGE

 

I pledge to play the game, the best I can, to be a team player, to respect my opponents, the rules and officials, and improve myself, in spirit, mind and body.

Our Y Sports Programs emphasize sportsmanship, fair play and teamwork; emphasize the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility; keep winning in perspective; enable all participates to play in every game; include family involvement; include coaches and officials training; emphasize skill development; emphasize using volunteers as coaches and officials; and are open to all segments of the community.

Sports we offer throughout the year include but are not limited to,

 

         • Soccer

         • Basketball

         • Coach Pitch Baseball

         • T-Ball

 

 

PROGRAM REGISTRATION DATES:

 

Youth Co-Ed Fall Basketball

 

Registration: September 18th - October 14th, 2017

 

Late Registration: 10/15/17 - 10/17/17

 

Ages: 3 -14 years old

 

Cost: $30 Members/ $60 Non-Members

 

Location: YMCA Gymnasium

 

Parent/Coaches Meeting: To be announced soon!

 

Program Start Date: Monday Oct, 23rd 2017

 

Program Description: Co-Ed Fall Basketball Players will learn the Fundamentals of basketball while incorporating the Values of the YMCA. Practice One Night A Week (Mon-Thurs) and Games on Saturday, Practices will be once a week.  6 Games on Saturday.

Child Watch

Monday - Saturday: 9:00am-12:00pm

(Ages 6 Months - 12 Years Old)

Monday - Thursday: 5:00pm-8:00pm
