To be eligible for August/September 2017 Schoo Member Referral Promotion:
New Memberships must come into the Hobart Family YMCA during normal business hours of operation.
New Member MUST provide the Referred Members Name on the Membership Application.
Member Referral Memberships must join between July 11 - 31, 2017 to receive offer.
Membership is a ONE (1) Year Contract. NO Refunds.

What is “Better Together Member Referral” in July new member promotion?
The “Better Together Member Referral” in July new member promotion is an incentive promotion for current Hobart Family YMCA members. You will receive a $20 credit on your account for each NEW membership that you refer to the Hobart Y and begins between July 11, 2017 & July 31, 2017. The credit can be applied to any of the Hobart Y programming.
Is “Better Together Member Referral” in July redeemable the entire month?
No, this promotion begins Tuesday, July 11th, 2017 and ends on Monday, July 31st, 2017. (See our Hours of Operation)
Is this promotion available to the public?
No, only current Hobart Y members are eligible to receive the $20 credit.
When will I receive my credit?
Please allow, Aimee, our Marketing & Membership Coordinator 7-10 business days to link the credit to your account.
How will I know if I received my credit?
Aimee, our Marketing & Membership Coordinator will send you an email to notify you that your credit is available and ready to use.
What can I use my credit on?
You may use your credit on any program or service the Y provides. For example; you may use it towards swim lessons, fitness classes, 1st Choice Before & After School Care, Developmental Preschool & Summer Camp.
May I use my credit on my monthly membership price?
Unfortunately, no, our bank draft system isn't set up to auto generate this type of request.
I would like a tour with your Marketing & Membership Coordinator, is this possible?
Yes, please come in any Tuesday or Wednesday 3:45 pm – 8:30 pm for a Tour/Orientation of our Y and have your membership questions answered or email email@example.com .
Do I need to bring anything with me to begin my membership?
Yes, please bring state identification (to verify your identity). If you are a current or veteran U.S. military member, please bring your most current military ID or DD214 (to redeem your military discount). If you work for one of our corporate rate discount companies, please bring your work ID or most recent pay stub (to verify employment & redeem your corporate rate discount.
If you would like to begin your membership as a monthly bank draft, please bring a voided check or account verification from bank (if possible) or debit card associated with the checking account you would like us to debt or credit card you would like us to debit.
If you would like to purchase your membership as a one-time annual pay membership with cash please bring exact change, otherwise we can begin your annual pay membership with a check or debit/credit card.
