We offer a wide variety of fitness classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise to intense aerobic and free weight use in classes we are sure you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving to engage in a healthy lifestyle.

fitness EXERCISE CLASSES:
Each class session includes cardiovascular, strength training, balance and flexibility exercises and the fostering of strong social relationships between participants. Enhance®Fitness is geared toward older adults. Those with a chronic condition, such as arthritis, need not worry; they will never have to do anything that hurts. Participants can use chairs for support, if necessary, and increase the weight they use for strength training at their own pace.
The goal of Mindfulsizing practice is to cultivate optimum aerobic, psychological and spiritual well-being. This goal is accomplished by combining the discipline of Mindful Meditation with Aerobic Training.
A relaxing, meditative, healing style of yoga designed to reduce stress, release tension in the body, and deeply stretch and lengthen the musculature in the body with slow, low sometimes intense, yet gentle movements. Restorative poses are held for longer periods of time.
Olga’s Chair Class
Fun, safe and effective way of exercising. Great for all levels of fitness.
On The Ball
Interested in improving your balance, strength, and flexibility? Class consists of working on the stability ball, using free weights, and resistance bands, to help tone the entire body.
A subset of personal training to get an amazing, intense workout in a small group setting with many forms of cardio and strength training.
Strengthen your core by participating in this 30 minute class of floor exercises and stretches. The “core” consists of the abdominal muscles, internal and external obliques, and back muscles. In addition to trimming the waistline, strengthening the core helps to relieve back pain. Improve balance and posture, and keep proper torso alignment in order to prevent injury.
Jr. Combo Dance
The objective of this class is for students to learn the fundamentals of Ballet, Jazz and Tap dance in a fun and playful environment.
Ballet I Dance
This is a Level I/Beginners Ballet class. The objective of this class is for students to learn the fundamentals of Ballet and various Ballet combinations.
The objective of this class is for students to learn the fundamentals of Ballet, Jazz, and Tap dance. Students who have previously taken Jr. Combo may take this class to continue to improve their skills.
This a Level I/ Beginners Tap dance class. The objective of this class is for students to learn the fundamentals of Tap dance and Tap dance combinations.
FIT & FIRM
This workout is aimed at toning the upper & lower body using Free weights and resistance bands. Define, shape & strengthen with Fit & Firm.
High Intensity Bootcamp style workout experience. This course will push your limits, build your strength and confidence. Course includes plyometric, cardio, weights, core, and strength training. Participants will see significant results and reach their fitness goals through this course.
The Zumba program is an effective, exhilarating, Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that has taken the fitness industry by storm. You can burn between 500-900 calories depending on the energy you put into the class! Our routines include salsa, bachata, merengue, hip hop and so much more! No experience necessary!
Perfect For active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
Yoga + Pilates
A hybrid, athletic workout that combines mind and body disciplines, such as yoga, Pilates and fitness training. This class includes principles of sports training, stretch, flexibility and balance while offering stress reduction and improving one’s fitness level to boost calorie burn and build muscle.
Our kid’s karate classes teach children respect, self-discipline, focus, and how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Our karate classes will increase your child’s coordination, body awareness, strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness… along with developing a clear, focused mind an unshakeable spirit.
Tai Chi/ Self-Defense
Tai Chi exercise is based on slow motion exercise and breathing exercise. This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.
