The Y is more than a gym. It’s a cause.

There’s so much more to our Y than one might think. As a charity, we’re dedicated to nurturing the potential of every child and teen, improving the nation’s health and well-being, and giving back and providing support to our neighbors. With programs from A to Z—like athletics to advocacy, dance classes to disease prevention, volleyball to volunteering – we strengthen people, families and communities.

In the past year the Hobart Family YMCA has proudly engage over 10,000 individuals and over 3,400 individual members. We have also provided FREE health fairs & screenings, targeted programs for children with disabilities, military families, and low income youth including All Abilities Summer Day Camp, Summer Feeding Program and the Military Outreach Initiative, donated space and services to local groups and provided financial assistance in the form of scholarships and program subsidies to families and individuals, right here in our own community.

Your generous support keeps the Y available for those who need us most while bringing families closer together and providing programs that empower young people to find success and well-being.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your contribution is tax-deductible and welcome throughout the year and may be made online. We use 100% of your gift to make an essential, lasting impact that stays in your community, right here in your own neighborhood.

Every gift matters.

Everyone has a role to play.

Together, we can achieve so much more.
